Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policies

 

Customers can request a cancellation by contacting contact@MyEcoBox.ro

Cancellation will mean that the customer contacts us before the order is shipped. As orders typically ship in 1-2 business days, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled before it ships.

Once an order has shipped, the customer can request a return/refund within 10 days from the date of purchase. Returned boxes must be shipped back to our center in the original packaging at the cost of the customer.

Please note, boxes are customized at the time of order. When we receive your return, we will issue your refund in 5 working days minus customization fee 25Euros
